SUMMARY OF ESSAY WRITING:
Essay is usually a student assignment especially in academia. most student can not make a good essay Essay but it does not mean that the student can not learn how to make a good essay. This materials will be explains abot essay writing. Essay are shorter pieces of writing which offering the student to develop their skills in analysis, an idea, with the direction. There are four genres of essay: Description,narration,exposition and argumentation . and the method consist of:
1. An introductory paragraph
2. Three evidentiary body paragraphs
3. A conclusion
Expository Essay
This essay needs a factual evidence to support the statement , and a logical transitions between the introduction, body and conclusion. And student must explain the idea more detail and clearly. A clear thesis statement adding in the first paragraph of essay. And in expository essay we must write clearly , so it can make sure the reader and leaving no doubt about our essay.
Descriptive Essay
This essay describe about something such as a person, a place, an object ,etc. Before you begin to describe something, firstly you must make a brainstorm by arraged a descriptive list for each one.and do not forget to add an noun sense in the essay such as a sound, a taste, a feeling, etc. Because it make a reader impression and imagine easily with your description.
Narrative Essay
Write a narrative essay is not always as telling a story, but we can write an experiental, personal, etc. when we are not write about story , Make sure your writing consist of: an introduction,plot,charaters,setting,climax and conclusion. For example when you must make a report . The essay must structural and and focus to provide an information .The important things is your essay is must be organized.
Argumentative essays
This essay needs a strong evidence to make a reader believe with the essay. You need a research with collects data with observation experiment , etc. Firstly you must explained why your topic is very important to the reader. Then, you must persuasive the reader with your detail evidence. Some detail evidence is important to support thesis statement. And for conclusion : do not add new information, you need add review the main point and the thesis.
